Each student will make a 12 inch paper mache torso into a working clock! We will be cutting open the torso and adding shelves inside. The finished piece will go onto a stand for display. The torso can be painted, decoupaged, collaged, and anything else that we can think of. This is an "anything goes" class and there are no wrong techniques, so be prepared to experiment and to enjoy learning from the other members of the class. Wear old clothes or bring an apron. The instructor will provide you with boxes of "stuff" to dig through and find treasures to embellish your clock. Bring any little treasures or special trinkets you would like to add to your torso to personalize it. No previous stamping or collage experience needed.
